Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Product Manager experience or similar leading role in development of digital products
  • Experience with Salesforce and Azure ADO preferred
  • Experience in implementing and leading Agile methodology
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to influence
  • Solid understanding or knowledge of wealth management business, with emphasis on Trust/Fiduciary services
  • Good in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with clients, partners and leaders across multiple disciplines
  • Organizational skills to support the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff
  • Knowledge of business strategy development to provide long term planning and to manage the profitability/performance of a major business segment
  • College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience

Responsibilities

  • Execute the strategy of the product umbrella as outlined by the Capability Lead and Practice Executives
  • Manage Product Management Lifecycle activities in partnership with Capability Lead, Business Analyst, Design Lead and Tech Lead (e.g., managing and prioritizing backlog, refining stories, leading demos, communicating with end users and leadership)
  • Perform regular maintenance of products (run), maintain product inventory and key metrics
  • Support new product introduction by preparing user guides and materials, coordinating with change management and organizing feedback for review
  • Support discovery and innovation by creating client personas and leading requirement and design sessions
  • Manage and prioritize backlog, schedule and lead ceremonies for product management
  • Assist the Capability Lead in new product planning activities by assisting in forecasting, composing and maintaining BRDs, and establishing future metrics
  • Display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
  • Lead new product introduction by coordinating with Change Management, Training and Trust Practice (business) on pilots and rollouts, preparing user guides and demos, and conducting post launch surveys
  • Track customer satisfaction, evaluate metrics and KPIs, gauge channel performance, conduct post product launch audits
  • Establish regular communications with stakeholders and business leadership to provide updates
  • Participate in management of capital and expense for capability
  • As subject area expert, provide comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
  • Balance high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
  • Assist in development and management of Roadmaps, OKRs, Value at Stake, and RAG reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to leadership and end users
