Requirements

Advanced understanding of platform technologies, including cloud computing, distributed systems, and modern architectural patterns
6 to 10 years of extensive experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on platform security-related product strategy
Familiarity with enterprise security tools & standards (e.g. Okta, ADFS, SCIM, SSO)
Proven expertise in resolving complex technical and product challenges through creative and effective solutions
Ability to independently manage projects and technical assignments of large/complex scope, translating strategic objectives into actionable deliverables
Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize initiatives to enhance underlying infrastructure (e.g., cloud services optimization, containerization, foundational data storage solutions) for reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Drive scalability efforts by identifying bottlenecks, defining performance metrics, and collaborating with engineering on growth-supporting solutions
Own the product vision for permissions, access control systems, and platform security features, balancing user experience with security, data integrity, and compliance
Develop and optimize internal and external alerting and notification systems for timely communication on system health and user-facing events
Conduct in-depth analysis of technical challenges, market trends, and user needs to inform product decisions
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex platform features
Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration
Communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders across the organization
Identify and drive innovative product, process, or technical changes impacting the organization
Operate with high independence, leading by example and potentially guiding team members
