Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (will accept suitable combination of education, experience, or training)
  • Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple product creation timelines
  • Passion for or interest in Global Football (Soccer) (plus)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs and Federations) team on all aspects of the product creation process
  • Work with Product Management Team and cross-functional team (Merchandising, Design, Technical Design) from brief to final product approval
  • Ensure Product Team hits all Game Plan Dates by preparing for meetings (sample set-up, document preparation, managing pre-read documents, recapping meetings)
  • Communicate changes clearly and accurately to triad and key partners
  • Manage sample organization and tracking
  • Manage product creation workflow through data management and collaboration with cross-functional triad partners
  • Deliver on key dates and hold self accountable as a great teammate
  • Maintain data accuracy in key documents (Visual Line Plans, Sales Tools, Miro Boards, Change Logs)
  • Analyze business metrics (bookings, sell-through by channel, country, GEO, style, color) to plan and manage the line
  • Work with category information analyst to confirm accuracy of information in MMX system (FOB, landed costs, targeted wholesale prices, forecasted units)
  • Ensure accuracy of information in key systems, manage samples, participate in/conduct meetings, provide clear communication to guide cross-functional teams through checkpoints
  • Partner with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising, Operations, and Sports Marketing teams to manage product creation cycle
