  • Ability to leverage AI tools to excel in the role and drive a team of artists and engineers to leverage AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Strategy: Develop and execute game and technology strategies that align with business objectives
  • Market Analysis & Customer Interviews: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor platform products, and customer feedback to inform game product decisions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and analytics teams to develop solutions
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features, user engagement, personalization, cohort optimization, and monetization strategies
  • Agile Environment: Operate effectively in an agile setting, adapting to change and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy
  • Drive game design, production, production management, and technology enablement strategy for a Free to Play mobile game
  • Marshal a senior development team to rapidly build and operate free to play mobile games built with cutting edge AI technology
  • Work closely with other game leads and divisional leadership to bring AI-powered games to market in a personalized fashion
