Requirements

Final-year student at HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, or a top engineering school (X, Centrale, Mines, Télécom, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and interpret complex data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Fluent in crypto / Web3 trends, products, and culture
SQL knowledge is a plus
Previous internship experience in strategy consulting or investment banking is a strong plus
Highly proactive, rigorous, and resourceful, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive product and market analyses to support strategic decision-making
Analyze user data to uncover insights on product usage, engagement, and growth opportunities
Draft briefing notes, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams
Support project management of key initiatives across Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing
Identify and drive operational improvements to make the Consumer team more efficient and effective
