Minimum of 5 years' experience in business intelligence, data architecture, or similar roles, including investment management industry experience and expertise in business processes and data requirements for Product Management teams
Proficiency with business analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or asset management industry data sources such as Morningstar, eVestment Analytics (strongly preferred)
Expertise with SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and database management (a plus)
Working experience in Cloud technology – Azure, AWS, Snowflake and/or prior experience in moving On-Prem applications to Cloud model (a plus)
Bachelor's degree (required); MBA or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (a plus)
Demonstrated creative problem solving skills to define actionable and structured approaches to unstructured problems
Demonstrated proficiency in running multiple projects with efficiency and speed
Team player who works well with people from diverse backgrounds and can engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Agility to learn and quickly become comfortable with new business areas or technologies
Responsibilities
Develop architecture and vision for the Product Strategy data ecosystem that delivers scalable data product/solutions
Deliver timely analysis to support executive decision making and track progress towards strategic goals for the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to identify optimization and automation opportunities that allow NTAM Product Managers and Leadership to stay on top of trends and opportunities in the marketplace
Work with business partners across the organization to continuously enhance and evolve NTAM product analytics used by various stakeholders
Evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies and data sources that support the NTAM Product Strategy roadmap
