Requirements
Candidates must be based in Brazil, possess B2 English proficiency, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, innovation, or strategy within the financial sector is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
The Product Innovation Analyst will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and validate new product concepts, and support the design and execution of experiments, MVPs, and pilots. Responsibilities also include monitoring industry trends, startups, and emerging technologies, developing business cases for new product initiatives, and preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
