Requirements

Candidates must possess at least one year of engineering management experience, along with a minimum of four years of full-time software engineering experience. They should have experience building applications utilizing modern front-end Javascript frameworks like React, and familiarity with Svelte is considered a plus. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have experience architecting and scaling modern web infrastructure, coupled with a strong product sense and demonstrated ability to drive product outcomes. Excellent communication skills and a desire to partner with customers are also required, alongside the ability to work in-person in the NYC office.
