Eagerness to apply visual computing knowledge (e.g., media formats, rendering, display optimization) to the evolving digital signage space
In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on working experience with Poppulo products (to be developed)

Responsibilities

Own the enablement of internal teams on new product features and launches, partnering with Product Marketing (who focuses on commercial GTM activities)
Ensure customer-facing technical/support roles (Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, Sales Engineering) understand and have access to released product features to support customer adoption and operation
Develop in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Poppulo products
Apply AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve development and delivery of training materials, communications, and enablement resources
Own, develop, and execute enablement plans for feature releases, including creating training materials, communications, and resources to prepare internal teams
Nurture strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders from Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to understand their needs, learning objectives, and skills gaps for successful product launches
Support planning, coordination, and facilitation of company-wide product review meetings for effective cross-functional collaboration and clear communication of updates and feedback
Create and maintain high-quality, detailed product documentation and information to support training and customer-facing documentation
Act as an internal advocate and promoter of Poppulo products, connecting stakeholders to the vision/strategy and supporting department-specific technical enablement needs
Manage SKU information and creation for the Line of Business
Bring understanding of visual computing concepts and apply them to digital signage enablement use cases
