Requirements

At least 10 years of fintech product management experience
Domain knowledge in US payment systems and cash clearing networks is a significant advantage
Good aptitude for understanding technical APIs and translating them to user stories
Hands-on and astute attention to detail, especially in settlement flow design
A data-informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the user
A passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences
Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to meet tight delivery timelines and goals
Ability to manage C-level stakeholders and clearly articulate prioritization decisions and considerations
Demonstrated leadership, taking ownership and producing results
The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
Humility in work and interactions with others

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the business to create, maintain, and communicate the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligning with strategic priorities
Deliver complex projects by defining features, writing product specifications, conducting user studies, iterating on feedback, reviewing QA test plans, prioritizing bug fixes, managing the backlog, and ultimately shipping products/features
Interview and interact with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met
Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately, weighing tradeoffs
Work closely with teams (design, frontend, backend) to deliver first-class features
Constantly understand market development and dynamics to ensure products and features are best-in-class
Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams
