Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in R&D, Data Science, Marketing, Product, or Portfolio Management (10+ years strongly preferred)
  • Experience in product strategy or new product development management/leadership
  • Strong experience in product design excellence
  • Strong engineering/scientific and data science knowledge, paired with a good understanding of bioprocessing and relevant digital technologies (e.g., advanced process control)
  • Experience with implementation of Digital and (cloud) data management and -sharing systems is an asset
  • Proven track record and product management experience of large or high-value portfolios/projects

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess potential market size for digital solutions in bioprocessing
  • Coordinate and manage ongoing and new product development against plan
  • Develop strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders across Cytiva
  • Own project financials, including cost, incremental pipeline value, and revenue achievement
  • Craft and refine go-to-market plans in collaboration with OpCos (Operational Companies) and Strategic Marketing
  • Work closely with research and innovation leaders on opportunity development for future product opportunities
