Requirements

  • Significant experience working within Operations
  • Experience working in a multi-country, multi-lingual operational environment
  • Experience of working collaboratively across functions
  • Good level of CIP Factory e2e knowledge, with focus on Input (NCPS DV platform), and different data sources / deliverables
  • Programming experience in SQL and R (Python is a plus)
  • Data Analysis experience: data extraction, transformation, and visualization
  • Ability and willingness to learn and drive improvement in specific Global processes
  • Effective problem solving
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies and cultures - Team player
  • Effective communication in English, negotiation and training skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support business transformation by leveraging in-depth subject matter expertise in respective areas of Operations, with end-client and End-to-End process in mind
  • Extension of Transformation in the MINOC to act as SPOC and act as first level support on all BAU SEV1/SEV2 issues
  • Create the right transparency on NOC needs and health
  • Strengthen and grow the NOC teams and knowledge and support to make NOCs more self-sufficient
  • Support on deployment of new features and enhancements to drive Compliance
  • Lead/Support growth and regional initiatives in the NOC in close alignment with Transformation and Product teams
  • Lead/support UAT scenario and testing, liaising with the Transformation SPOC to Tech
  • Drive Compliance to global standards by leveraging country quality and efficiency metrics (alignment with Process Owners)
  • Actively support BAU execution team knowledge growth by providing training, documentation and by creating other learning opportunities
