Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms, demonstrating strong execution across multiple design disciplines including interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. They should also exhibit systems thinking, enabling them to design for complex workflows and interconnected product ecosystems, and be comfortable utilizing research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.
As a Product Designer II, the individual will own design projects and align them with Eventbrite’s broader vision, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and create user-centered solutions. They will solve complex design challenges, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability, upholding high standards of craft and quality, communicating design rationale clearly, and contributing to and evolving Eventbrite’s design system. Furthermore, they will iterate on designs based on user research, data, and feedback, and support a culture of design excellence and mentor junior designers as they grow.
