  • Enjoys collaboration, feedback, giving constructive critiques, and explaining design decisions

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand a complex problem space and forge simple, elegant design solutions
  • Generate your own ideas and drive collaborative processes to elicit ideas from teammates
  • Move fast to explore ideas via mockups, interactive prototypes, and usability testing with customers
  • Work with engineering to understand technical constraints and make pragmatic tradeoffs on designs
  • Craft designs through every stage: from exploratory concepts to pixel-perfect, shipped UI
  • Build the foundations of a flexible and scalable design system
  • Support development of early brand content, including logo and landing page
