Requirements

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will lead discovery activities, including field research, user interviews, and stakeholder workshops, create and facilitate design thinking workshops to align teams and generate solutions, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on research insights, conduct user testing to validate design solutions and communicate findings effectively, contribute to the evolving design system and help establish design standards, mentor junior designers and educate cross-functional teams on design principles, and champion user-centered design across the organization.
