Requirements

Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing their process and work on complex systems such as ERP platforms or administrative tools. Experience in designing and shipping end-to-end experiences for web-based platforms and native applications is necessary. Proven expertise in creating user flows and structures for highly functional products is required, along with the ability to define interaction design that balances business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. Hands-on experience with products beyond e-commerce, particularly administrative and operational tools, is preferred, as well as experience conducting or applying user research to improve design solutions.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will design and improve interfaces for administrative systems, POS, and employee-facing applications while considering complex user scenarios and business logic. They will develop logical user flows and system structures to ensure usability and efficiency in daily operations. The designer will create and maintain designs for screens, dashboards, and modules to help users complete their tasks quickly and easily. Prototyping ideas to test user flows, validating concepts, and communicating solutions with cross-functional teams are key tasks. Additionally, the designer will build strong collaborative relationships with other designers and contribute to the design system to ensure coherent, accessible, and scalable enterprise experiences.
