Responsibilities

Build delightful product experiences that make our customers go from liking the product to loving it
Promote accessibility to Kalshi and take complicated financial actions and turn them into elegant, simple, and easy-to-understand product flows
Refine and improve our understanding of our customers and their needs, including those they’re not aware of
Apply an experimental and iterative mindset to design and solution exploration through rapidly produced concepts and prototypes
Ensure the product looks sleek and polished
