Responsibilities

Lead the next generation of the Human Interest product by delivering delightful experiences that make our users’ jobs easier
Solve complex problems with a deep understanding of our users and develop an expert-level understanding of multiple product areas, including operational, technical, and financial processes
Work collaboratively across functions, contributing to our culture of open feedback and growth mindsets
Drive and cultivate user-centered thinking, making sure that product and design decisions are done right by our customers
Help advance our design standards and strive to deliver the best possible experience for our customers (plan administrators, plan participants, and internal teams)
