Responsibilities

  • Lead the next generation of the Human Interest product by delivering delightful experiences that make our users’ jobs easier
  • Solve complex problems with a deep understanding of our users and develop an expert-level understanding of multiple product areas, including operational, technical, and financial processes
  • Work collaboratively across functions, contributing to our culture of open feedback and growth mindsets
  • Drive and cultivate user-centered thinking, making sure that product and design decisions are done right by our customers
  • Help advance our design standards and strive to deliver the best possible experience for our customers (plan administrators, plan participants, and internal teams)
