Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end product experiences, taking ideas from spark to polished release
Work hand-in-hand with engineers and AI researchers to convert business goals into user-centered designs
Evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring a unified, scalable visual language
Run user research to surface pain points and opportunities, feeding insights back into design choices
Build prototypes that explore and validate new features, flows, and interactions
Uphold a high design bar, steering the team toward thoughtful, deliberate decisions at every turn
Shepherd multiple projects from concept to launch
Craft high-caliber designs, interactions, and prototypes that turn complex problems into seamless solutions
Partner closely across all teams at Auctor, weaving AI into experiences that help users understand, trust, and steer AI outputs
