Requirements

Candidates must have at least 6 years of industry experience and a high attention to detail with mastery in visual and interaction design craft. Responsibilities

The Product Designer will contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy. They will own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation. The designer will use storytelling to align and engage stakeholders in the design process and play an influential role in shaping end-to-end experiences for critical operator workflows. They will maintain high standards for craft while driving novel experiences and balancing short-term tactical decisions with long-term strategic goals, helping to shape the centralized product design function in a fast-paced environment.
