Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a strategy leadership role

  • Clearly articulate strategic directions, aligning customer needs with business goals
  • Identify, define, and prioritize opportunities for innovation and growth within our product portfolio
  • Champion a customer-centric design approach, ensuring that user needs drive all product development efforts
  • Craft compelling narratives to influence key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with researchers to design studies that integrate into the product design process and inform critical decisions
  • Develop and refine processes for continuous feedback loops
  • Facilitate the translation of research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Work closely with Designers, PMs, Researchers, and Engineers to translate insights and strategy into product features
