Requirements

7-8+ years of experience as a Product Designer
Experienced and exceptional in crafting and delivering outstanding user experiences
Ability to take product ideas from initial concept and feature scoping through to polished, final designs
Customer-centric design skills: work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to understand users’ needs and pain points, including participating in customer calls
User-centered design: quickly develop deep understanding of platform and users to make informed design decisions prioritizing ease of use, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal
Contribute to design systems for consistency and scalability
Design scoping: ensure designs are well-scoped with clear requirements, balance business value with UX, make trade-offs, and communicate rationale to stakeholders
Keen eye for good UI to create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces
Own entire design lifecycle from discovery to delivery for assigned projects
Collaborate closely with Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers for high-quality feature delivery

Responsibilities

Shape the user experience through customer-centric and user-centered design
Deliver outstanding designs, including scoping, balancing business value with UX, and owning the design process
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer, Engineers) for transparency, clarity on roadmap, and alignment across the organization
Drive accountability for delivery of product iterations
Evolve and maintain design systems for coherence and effectiveness as the company scales
