Proficiently lead all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle, driving change to bring products from strategy to marketplace

Responsibilities

Blend product management and business analysis skills to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle
Empathize with customers, define problem statements, generate solution ideas, collaborate, and deliver products
Strategy & Planning: Understand the problem or "why" and align it to the mission
Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver team’s work
Service, Support & Evolution: Seamlessly deploy products and support them post-launch
Work in partnership with squad leader supporting Trading Solutions squad to deliver new and evolving order entry and order management capabilities in WealthscapeSM platform
Define organizational needs, engage stakeholders, and deliver optimal client experiences
Detail requirements while educating on options and capabilities, drive executable strategy, and ensure scalable and supportable solutions
Align with IWMS business partners in agile ways of working, promoting continuous improvement and agile leadership behaviors
