Senior Product Counsel

The ideal candidate should possess a qualified lawyer (EU, or equivalent) with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in-house at a tech or digital consumer company. Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws, digital products, and regulatory frameworks affecting product design and marketing is essential, along with familiarity with global subscription models, health tech, or wellness products as a plus.
The Product Counsel will advise on all legal matters related to product development and user experience, including consumer protection, e-commerce, auto-renewals, dark patterns, disclosures, advertising law, and platform-specific requirements. They will partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, marketing, and content teams to provide legal guidance, review and advise on sign-up flows, cancellation flows, upsells, monetization models, and content use, monitor evolving global regulations, and help shape and scale legal processes while identifying and mitigating legal risks early in the product lifecycle.
