  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, ability to transform insights into actionable strategies driving measurable business impact, experience leading financial aspects of product lines and using data for decision-making
  • Technology Stacks: Proficiency with multi-dimensional technology stacks and understanding full capability models, planning, and execution
  • Product Delivery: Demonstrated success in delivering technology products and services achieving strong market acceptance, including full development and go-to-market execution
  • Agile Leadership: Experience with agile leadership, commitment to continuous improvement, and fostering an agile work environment
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for effective influence and engagement across all organizational levels

  • Enable cross-functional squads to implement strategic priorities
