Responsibilities

  • Commercialization of Visa Commercial Solutions Products and Platforms: Develop and execute strategies for successful commercialization across diverse European markets
  • Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges; provide actionable insights for product positioning and strategy; implement pre-qualification process for target issuers; map localised product needs with Markets; align on regional research requirements to strengthen value proposition narratives
  • Collateral Development: Create, manage, and optimize product collateral to support marketing and sales efforts; develop product bundles to sell commercial solutions to issuers and partners, including decision matrix to navigate options (e.g., sales presentations, implementation training, technical specifications)
  • Pricing Strategy: Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share; collaborate with finance and regional teams to implement pricing models
  • Project Management: Contribute to cross-functional stakeholders in critical innovation pilot projects (involving Consumer Product, VAS, Marketing, Sales, Client Services) to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies for Commercial use cases; provide project management for VCS-led initiatives, including adoption of agile methodology by forming scrum teams
  • Mandate Management: Ensure compliance and execution of mandates
