Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Receiving and stocking merchandise in an organized manner
- Maintaining inventory to prevent out-of-stock and overstocked products
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Educating other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicating effectively and developing interpersonal skills
- Being flexible to the needs of the business and willing to work in other areas
- Tracking goods, maintaining in-stock levels, and controlling shrinkage
- Understanding produce quality standards (taste, preparation, method, use, seasonality)
- Preparing trim, crisp, package, and scale products according to established standards
- Maintaining product safety and adhering to company sanitation guidelines and applicable laws/regulations
- Leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates
