Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in P2P operations and procurement technology management
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP, Ariba, and other sourcing tools
  • Proven track record of managing technology-driven procurement projects
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Knowledge of compliance, audit, and governance requirements in procurement

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the P2P technology stack (SAP, Ariba, and related tools)
  • Drive system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Act as the subject matter expert for P2P systems and tools
  • Lead and deliver strategic procurement projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement technology-driven solutions for procurement challenges
  • Ensure P2P processes align with global standards and governance requirements
  • Support audit, tax, and compliance initiatives through accurate system configurations and reporting
  • Partner with Business, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Technology teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on P2P systems and best practices
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor system performance and procurement KPIs
  • Use data insights to recommend process improvements and cost optimization strategies
