Responsibilities

The Procurement Specialist will purchase materials and services aligning with quantity, quality, timing, and cost expectations, generate purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and manage payment conditions. They will support new product trials by coordinating material procurement, track and monitor inventory levels, collaborate with the Quality team to qualify new suppliers, build and maintain strong supplier relationships, act as a point of contact for internal partners, drive cost savings through negotiations and RFPs, stay informed on market trends, conduct price reviews, and travel an average of 15% of the time.
