Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day supply issues and communicate proactively with internal customers and suppliers to prevent risks
  • Execute global procurement support, including managing supplier relationships, pricing, PO adjustments, invoice resolution, purchasing document verification, and contracting
  • Improve quality, specifications, and value of procured goods
  • Analyze and communicate supplier key performance indicators and support risk management for the supply base
  • Proactively seek and lead innovative ways to improve procurement processes, cycle times, and customer service levels
  • Analyze supply chain opportunities, identify solutions, and drive change
  • Assist category managers in category strategy development and execution through analysis and research
  • Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to solve issues and drive high customer service levels
  • Coordinate return of damaged goods, replacement items, or credit arrangements with senior staff support
  • Support Purchase Order conversion, changes, adjustments, supplier documentation requests, verification, and invoice error resolution
  • Communicate and educate departments on providing supporting documentation for purchases
  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain business relationships
