Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day supply issues and communicate proactively with internal customers and suppliers to prevent risks
Execute global procurement support, including managing supplier relationships, pricing, PO adjustments, invoice resolution, purchasing document verification, and contracting
Improve quality, specifications, and value of procured goods
Analyze and communicate supplier key performance indicators and support risk management for the supply base
Proactively seek and lead innovative ways to improve procurement processes, cycle times, and customer service levels
Analyze supply chain opportunities, identify solutions, and drive change
Assist category managers in category strategy development and execution through analysis and research
Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to solve issues and drive high customer service levels
Coordinate return of damaged goods, replacement items, or credit arrangements with senior staff support
Support Purchase Order conversion, changes, adjustments, supplier documentation requests, verification, and invoice error resolution
Communicate and educate departments on providing supporting documentation for purchases
Develop, cultivate, and maintain business relationships
