Requirements

The Procurement Manager requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, demonstrated experience in procurement, replenishment, supply chain management, or a related role, a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and market dynamics, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in procurement software such as Netstock, Cin7 or other related tools, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, along with knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.

Responsibilities

The Procurement Manager is responsible for the replenishment process for internal brands, focusing on the acquisition of stock, materials, and services at the best possible price and quality, ensuring a steady supply and managing supplier relationships. They will cultivate and nurture strong relationships with external vendors or suppliers to optimize product assortments, conduct regular supplier performance reviews, conduct supplier assessments, create and manage purchase orders, resolve supplier issues, contribute to procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiencies, report on key metrics, identify and mitigate supply chain risks, address supply chain disruptions, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while also delivering on individual and departmental OKRs and KPIs.
