Spreetail is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's benefits strategy, integrating People, Finance, and Procurement functions. This position involves designing and executing competitive benefits programs, including executive and equity plans, while also leading procurement efforts to optimize spending and enhance the employee experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,000/year to $165,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
