About 1 year of relevant experience with an outsourcing or Global service organization (Procurement/Sourcing domain preferred)
University degree
Fluent English and German
Ability to work in strict deadlines
Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement

Responsibilities

Support transitions and knowledge transfer for EMEA language specific processes
Support processes migration to the blueprint as per agreed timelines required regional language
Provide operational oversight to ensure services at expected levels with customer focus, including handling exceptions
Coordinate with local teams & business functions to provide seamless service
Correspond to internal and external inquiries
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for related policies and processes
Act as System Key User Lead and initiate/participate in improvements for effective processes, cost reduction, and standardization (e.g., global ERP/SAP systems)
Support measurement and delivery of service levels and SLA/KPI targets
Proactively challenge the Status Quo with fact-based recommendations
Process Purchase Requisitions/Shopping Carts and approve orders for Materials and Services in systems (JDE, Basware, SAP)
Perform shopping cart compliance and accuracy checks, adhere to Sourcing guidelines
Review Purchase Requisitions/Shopping Carts for data accuracy, payment terms, and supporting documents (Quotations, Pricing List, Contracts, etc.)
Send PO copy to Vendor, obtain PO Confirmations, and communicate to requestors
Process PO amendment requests and obtain revised PO confirmations from vendors
Liaise between Requestors and Vendors for purchasing processes and provide helpdesk support (e.g., Missing PO, Vendor info, Invoice/GR issues, Contracts)
Maintain manual PO log data and provide reporting support
Process Vendor management requests, including creating/updating vendor information in systems
Support Requestors/End users as First Point of Contact for process queries/issues
Ensure TAT and delivery of key metrics, resolve process issues, perform root cause analysis
Create Reports and Data analysis as per business requirements
Ensure all processes, policies, and procedures are clearly defined and fully documented
Promote a strong control environment, follow up on audit issues, and implement correcting measures
