Requirements

  • 3+ years of banking or credit card processing experience
  • Hands on experience with Excel required
  • Experience working in Salesforce is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalence
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, flexible, self-motivated, and willing to learn and accept challenges
  • Thrive in fast paced and constantly changing work environment

Responsibilities

  • Review detailed credit card processing information for deals submitted for onboarding
  • Conduct research when new customer processing issues arise
  • Confirm or troubleshoot processing Merchant IDs (MIDs)
  • Monitor automated processes and reports to ensure they are accurate and operating effectively
  • Pursue best practices for management of card processing including compliance
