Process Controls Engineer

The candidate must possess a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) license, a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, and between ten to twelve years of related experience. They should have experience with water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, sewer/combined sewer overflow, collection and conveyance systems, distribution and transmission systems, storm water, hydrologic and hydraulic models, and other water resource projects. Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills are also required, along with self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with others.
The Process Engineer/Client Services Manager will provide technical planning, biological process and mechanical design, and construction support on various water and wastewater treatment and resource recovery projects. They will prepare engineering calculations, run process models, support analysis of alternatives, utilize effective technical writing skills to prepare technical memoranda, prepare design reports and construction plans, assist with specifications and permit submittals, and prepare project status reports. Additionally, they will monitor task budgets and progress, document design changes and communications, conduct on-site inspections, assist with start-up, prepare proposals, attend meetings, and maintain excellent client relations while ensuring a safe working environment.
