Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, be a licensed Professional Engineer, and have between 10 and 15 years of related experience. They should have experience working with large-scale piping, valve, pumping systems, and treatment technologies, along with strong technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.
The Process Engineer will provide technical planning, biological process and mechanical design and construction support on water and wastewater treatment projects, utilizing process models and preparing engineering calculations. They will prepare design reports, construction plans, specifications, and permit submittals, assist with scope, budget, and schedule management, monitor project progress, and document design changes. Additionally, they will conduct on-site inspections, provide technical guidance for start-up, prepare project status reports, assist in proposal preparation, attend meetings, and maintain client relations while participating in professional organizations and potentially publishing papers.
