Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manual manufacturing or serial production environment is required. Candidates should be able to define processes and ensure proper deployment of manufacturing processes, as well as interact effectively with engineering, logistics, program, and production teams.
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality and productivity goals. They will ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards throughout all phases of production, conduct process validations and qualifications as required, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, provide technical expertise and guidance to production teams, participate in new product introduction projects, and implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
