Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience as a business analyst or process architect with expertise in defining current state business processes and proposing optimal future state
  • 7+ years' experience with visualization tools like Visio, Lucid, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
  • 5+ years' experience with Agile Methodologies and Product Modeling including Agile and Project Management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office tools
  • 3+ years' experience managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • 3+ years' experience in portfolio review presentations and stakeholder communication
  • 3+ years' experience executing and delivering solutions (planning, delivering, supporting)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred: Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Preferred: Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Preferred: Growth mindset (agility with developing yourself and others)
  • Preferred: Background in HR and Payroll processes with experience on working in HRIT/HRIS
  • Preferred: Familiarity with change management processes

Responsibilities

  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in HR and payroll systems and processes. Document findings and collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions
  • Analyze and refine existing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and align operations with strategic objectives and standardized technology solutions
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Present proposed solutions to business stakeholders working with technical teams on feasible solution options
  • Establish and enforce best practices and streamlined processes to drive operational efficiency and consistency across teams
  • Define project scope, estimate effort, track progress of multiple initiatives, and present updates during portfolio reviews
  • Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations to stakeholders. Communicate complex process flows and project updates effectively
  • Develop visual process flows to illustrate current and future state processes. Explain these flows to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build and manage dashboards in Jira, utilize Microsoft Project and other Microsoft tools for project tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile environments and product model frameworks to drive iterative process improvements and deliver optimized, user-centric business solutions
