Relevant Local Financial Product Sales Licenses (if not, need to obtain after joining organization)
Approximately 5 years of professional working experience in the financial services industry (asset management, wealth management, or alternatives industry preferred, but not mandatory)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
Demonstrated passion for capital markets, alternative investments, and retail and high-net worth businesses in Japan
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of client service by responding to inbound inquiries and collaborating with colleagues across Blackstone and PWS (including investments, legal/compliance, finance, and other groups) to resolve client issues
Provide strong support to the full fundraising cycle end-to-end, working closely with global and local colleagues across different functions (from client onboarding, product launches, and post-launch services)
Demonstrate the ability to understand and articulate Blackstone’s sophisticated products (fund objectives, terms, exposures, characteristics, positioning, performance, etc.)
Support the growth of Blackstone investment solutions within the Japanese market by building and maintaining relationships with distributors like financial institutions, private banks, and asset management companies
Serve as a subject matter expert on Blackstone’s diverse alternative investment offerings, gaining expertise across various functions including legal, product development, operations, marketing, and strategic planning
