Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of operational privacy experience, including advising on data subject rights and implementing scalable processes. Experience supporting a privacy function in a tech or financial services company is required, along with experience advising on GDPR and general knowledge of other key privacy frameworks like CCPA and PIPEDA. Experience designing dashboards, metrics, and project trackers, as well as experience with knowledge base, task tracking, or data visualization tools, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Privacy Operations Analyst will support the escalation and resolution of complex data subject rights requests, including access and deletion requests, Do Not Sell/Share requests, and opt-outs. They will take ownership of key parts of tech integration efforts, including AI-driven solutions, to strengthen and scale privacy operations. This role will help drive operational excellence in privacy by shaping preventative, detective, and corrective controls, and offer practical privacy advice to business partners. Responsibilities also include supporting the privacy team in coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries and managing data subject complaints, reviewing due diligence responses from third-party service providers, and assisting in writing and updating policies, procedures, and templates.
