Requirements

Candidates must possess 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing other product managers. Experience delivering complex SaaS products, understanding of the field services space, and experience with open API ecosystems are required. Demonstrated ability to scale products and teams, deep experience with Agile development, strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and proven leadership through influence are essential. Excellent communication skills and empathy for users are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Principle Product Manager will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the FieldEdge product line, managing and coaching a team of product managers. Responsibilities include owning a significant portion of the product portfolio, defining and prioritizing investments, understanding field service businesses through customer engagement and research, and balancing roadmap initiatives. The role involves partnering with design, engineering, and GTM teams for discovery, delivery, and launch, defining success metrics, communicating progress to stakeholders, managing vendor partnerships, and representing customer needs internally.
