Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification, or be in the final year of acquiring a Finance/Economics degree. Two or more years of experience with international payments or treasury is preferred. A strong understanding of the entire payment life cycle, including creation, reconciliation, and refunds, is required.

Responsibilities

The Principle Finance Coordinator – Payments will ensure the correct and timely processing of international payment requests, handle assigned AP Payment related tasks such as rejected payments and direct debits, manage customer requests and resolve payment issues, generate payment-related reports and interpret data, attend internal meetings and provide updates, participate in training sessions, lead initiative in reviewing financial reports and processes to improve efficiencies, provide daily and project support for multiple finance functions, research and resolve complex financial inquiries, maintain financial data records, ensure proper approvals for document processing, and potentially serve as a team lead, mentoring junior team members.
