Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job
  • Very Good Understanding of the financial processes across the Shared Service Center
  • Any SSC Experience is an advantage
  • Very Good Knowledge of Oracle Financials Suite, Sharepoint and any other ERP system
  • Advanced user of MS Office Products – MSExcel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with international and large badge of payments is considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Executes payments and performs payment team tasks on demand
  • Collects, analyzes and interprets financial and operating data for assigned business units
  • Provide regular feedback and performance review for up to 3 direct reports
  • Participate in preparing and providing trainings, work schedulers
  • Provides decision support to business management through the presentation of tools, models, data analysis, and dashboards. May assist in development and/or creation of these tools
  • Prepares reports and analyses in support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes and ongoing financial activities
  • Performs variance analysis and investigates irregularities; makes recommendations to correct inaccuracies
  • Principle Finance Coordinator prepares accurate, transparent and timely financial reports and assists with financial analysis to support management in the decision making process. Assists in all phases of the payment process
