Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
As a Principal UX Researcher at Angi, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviors across the Angi platform, driving product innovation and improvements. You will identify key research opportunities, design and conduct research studies, analyze data, and communicate findings to stakeholders, advocating for user-centric design decisions. Furthermore, you will mentor junior researchers, collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers, and contribute to the development of a robust research culture within the organization.
