Requirements

  • 5+ years working with AdTech/marketing technology platforms or API partner and developer programs
  • Experience in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with development technologies including Python, JavaScript, REST, OAuth, etc
  • Proficiency in online media, marketing technology and API partner and developer programs
  • Proven track record of solving and integrating complex technical problems and providing an excellent experience for customers
  • Passionate about partner ecosystems, tech businesses, AI and MCP (Model Context Protocol) trends and opportunities; enjoys staying informed about industry advances and new innovations
  • Skilled in interacting with sales/partner business leads and technical stakeholders
  • Passionate customer and partner advocate with integration experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • Proven record of collaborating with product and engineering teams
  • Highly organized (understanding APIs, collaborating with teams, planning quarterly integrations)
  • Good active listener with ability to convert understanding into recommendations

  • Up to date with latest AI and MCP opportunities related to partner integrations
  • Preferably, knowledge of MarTech and AdTech ecosystem, strong background in solutions or sales engineering, strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with customer facing and partner teams to identify and integrate partnerships that drive end-customer success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tech partners; build trust through deep technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs
  • Be an expert on partner offerings and technical capabilities; partner with sales teams to recommend and up-sell partner solutions and deploy or advance successful customer integrations
  • Advocate for partner needs and improvements with internal product and partner engineering teams to benefit end-customers; highlight issues, trends and opportunities for integration enhancements
  • Help customers resolve technical issues and roadblocks with partner solutions, working with solutions engineering and related teams
  • Develop integration guides and best practices to accelerate partner adoption, improve time-to-revenue and deliver great customer experience
  • Manage integrations and technical relationships of NextRoll’s Tech Partnerships (API ads, martech, data, reporting, supply, creative integrations)
  • Understand needs of customers and company goals to prioritize impactful integrations
  • Orchestrate resources across product, design and engineering teams to ensure integrations are utilized and functional
  • Work alongside Partnerships Leads to foster partner relationships, focusing on technical aspects during scoping, onboarding and GTM
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to accelerate adoption of partnerships
