Requirements

Expert understanding of applications, customer needs, behaviors, and architected solutions to streamline product development and ensure product quality
Ability to lead programs with significant novelty and integration across disciplines and team members
Demonstrated portfolio-centric approach to developing programs incorporated into platform strategies
Skills in planning product development work, including capturing requirements, designing solutions, defining behaviors, investigating issues, evaluating trade-offs, and validating output
Experience organizing and managing work, prioritizing tasks, and assessing cost/benefit trade-offs
Ability to plan and execute department strategy, gather information, frame problems, devise and execute plans, track progress, and measure success

Responsibilities

Deliver entire programs or complex, significant portions of programs with novelty
Organize and manage work, investigate issues, define behaviors, lead others in execution, apply expertise, and validate designs and products for systems
Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer requirements and performance requirements into total systems solutions acknowledging technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Lead programs exercising novelty and integration across disciplines and team members
Plan and execute department strategy to deliver responsibilities, improve development efforts, and enhance the organization
Primarily support one key major program while advising on multiple efforts
Participate in broad cross-functional reviews of work output
Develop and apply expert understanding of systems for the development team
