Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Extensive experience as a Systems Analyst or equivalent role, with a strong record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions
Deep brokerage industry knowledge, with expertise in account management, clearing, and custody operations
Proven ability to lead complex system analysis efforts, including end-to-end data flow mapping and integration design
Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database querying
Strong experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, Splunk, and API ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to influence architectural decisions and align technical solutions with strategic business goals
Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience guiding cross-functional teams in a product-centric environment

Responsibilities

Drive the end user experience with technical competence, initiative, and brokerage knowledge to support account management efforts for Institutional Clearing and Custody Clients
Drive technical analysis and support of IWMS account management systems
Support extensive gap analysis and research dataflows from user facing UIs through to backend systems
Work closely with the Squad Lead and team to craft, build, test, and deliver features for IWMS Digital Account Management experiences
Lead complex system analysis efforts, including end-to-end data flow mapping and integration design
Influence architectural decisions and align technical solutions with strategic business goals
Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members
Drive clarity in complex or ambiguous problem spaces
Lead discovery sessions and workshops
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
