Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with at least 15+ years of industry experience in software/systems engineering, or product technical product/program management, preferably in the AI hardware/software domain
  • OR MS degree (preferred) in engineering, computer science, or related field with at least 10+ years of industry experience in software/systems engineering, or product technical product/program management, preferably in the AI hardware/software domain
  • Strong knowledge of AI hardware technologies, architectures, and applications
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Certification in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Experience in leading complex and large-scale hardware/software projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and external partners
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration including product management and engineering to drive product impact

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
  • Define and track key performance indicators and quality metrics
  • Articulate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, organizational-wide challenges and bottlenecks that may affect product delivery or quality
  • Be a trusted partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical discussions and drive sound decisions
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define needs to support strategic planning and execution as well as program requirements, resourcing and scope
  • Develop processes and frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision making, and business impact
