Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of key technical initiatives within the STEPS organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Responsible for business operations and financial operations for STEPS; optimize spend and investments on technology enablement across the company
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of projects, from ideation to implementation, while effectively managing resources, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
  • Champion best practices in program management, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a liaison between the CISO and other senior leaders within the organization, facilitating communication and alignment on strategic priorities
  • Drive the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation across the STEPS organization
  • Lead special projects and initiatives, focusing on driving operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring agendas are clear, action items are tracked, and follow-up actions are completed promptly
  • Analyze data, metrics, and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
