Responsibilities

  • Advocate for forward-thinking architecture and solutions that reduce duplication, increase efficiency, and establish scalable patterns across the engineering team
  • Contribute code, write technical architecture documents, and review merge requests
  • Develop and refine technical and team fit assessments to aid in the hiring process
  • Mentor other engineers, helping them grow in their careers, in partnership with engineering managers
